Key Deliverables

  • Owning day-to-day execution for a key client relationship
  • Driving onboarding, configuration, feature rollouts, updates, and ongoing initiatives
  • Translating client needs into clear actions, priorities, and next steps
  •  Working closely with engineering and product teams to unblock progress
  • Investigating delivery or technical issues to understand root causes
  • Managing short-notice client requests and shifting priorities
  • Using AI tools to accelerate investigation, documentation, analysis, and delivery workflows
  • Maintaining clear visibility on status, risks, and next actions
  • Improving internal processes, documentation, and delivery playbooks over time
  • Taking responsibility for outcomes, even when requirements evolve or are initially unclear

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Experience in a hands-on role such as client operations, product operations, implementation, delivery, or technical account management Strong sense of ownership and accountability Comfort working with technical or complex systems, even if you’re not an engineer Comfort using AI tools to work more efficiently, or a clear willingness to adopt them quickly Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or fast-moving situations Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing momentum
