To track and monitor vehicles on an electronic system in alignment with predefined work objectives (as per agreed standard operating procedures). This position will also have a call centre aspect to it.

NoKey Deliverables
- Ensuring optimal execution of the daily route plan through live / integrated vehicle tracking for all site vehicles against Mix Telematics and FleetVision.
- Addressing of all variances against plan with drivers and customers & escalation where appropriate.
- Constantly liaise with customers to optimise delivery schedules and lower the secondary distribution cost base through the reduction of turnaround time at the customer back door.
- Measure on time delivery and turnaround time and reporting of deviations at a customer level on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensure that vehicle security procedures are followed.
- Ensure route compliance by route on a daily basis and raise all exceptions on ONE Network where this is a nonconformance.
- Ensure that all vehicles routed are tracked (all non-tracked vehicles to be explained on a daily basis).
- Ensure driver behaviour is monitored controlled and improved.
- Optimization of customer location to ensure >90% hit rate.
