About the Role

• We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chinese Chef to join our kitchen team.
• You will be responsible for preparing authentic Chinese dishes to a consistently high standard, ensuring every plate delights our guests.

• Prepare and cook a full range of authentic Chinese dishes
• Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation
• Manage food preparation, portioning, and kitchen workflow
• Monitor stock levels and help with ordering ingredients
• Uphold high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
• Reduce waste and use ingredients efficiently
• Work well with the rest of the kitchen and service team

• Salary: N200,000 per month
• Accommodation provided
• Immediate employment for the right candidate.
