Job Description

Chief Trainer  will be responsible for the management and coordination of the activities of  employees  to ensure that training, learning and development activities are implemented in accordance with the OPPO Culture  and standards.

Key Deliverables

  • Material Development & Maintenance: 
    • Optimize and update training materials, localize new product launch training content, refresh sales skill materials for sales team, develop service standard guides, create competitor offense and defense FOQ/one-page information.
  • Training Program Execution:  
    • Develop and implement training plans aligned with sales targets, new product launch timelines, and market competition dynamics
  • Event Facilitation:  
    • Host and energize key events (new product mobilization meetings, HQ award ceremonies, product launch conferences)

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Education & Skills: Bachelor's degree or higher; proficient in computer and office software.
  • Demographics: Open to all genders; age under 30.
  • Experience: 2+ years training experience in the mobile phone industry or 3+ years training experience with renowned companies in Kenya.
  • Presentation & Communication: Professional appearance; fluent, confident English; dynamic and passionate.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to thrive under pressure; results and goal-oriented.
