Position Summary

Prime Gate Developers Ltd is seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a strong engineering background to lead the company into its next phase of growth. The CEO will be responsible for driving strategic direction, overseeing operations, and ensuring the successful execution of development projects from concept to completion.

Key Deliverables

  • Define and execute the company’s strategic vision and long-term growth plans
  • Lead the identification and acquisition of new real estate development opportunities
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of development projects, including planning, design, construction, and delivery
  • Apply engineering expertise to ensure technical excellence, cost optimization, and adherence to quality standards
  • Drive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, government authorities, and key stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing executive and project management team
  • Promote innovation, sustainability, and modern construction technologies

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Engineering Management or Business Administration is highly preferred
  • Minimum of 10–15 years’ experience in real estate development, construction, or infrastructure projects
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CEO, COO, or Director level)
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale development projects
  • Strong strategic leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent financial and commercial acumen
  • Deep understanding of construction processes, engineering principles, and project management
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
