Our client, a rapidly growing telecommunications and infrastructure company in Greece, is seeking four (4) Certified Overhead Powerline Technicians to support the installation and maintenance of overhead telecom cable systems. Successful candidates will join a skilled technical team working across various regions in Greece, including cities, villages, islands, and remote areas.

Key Deliverables

  • Climb power poles and towers to install, maintain, and repair overhead telecommunications cables. 
  • Use modern safety gear, climbing equipment, and tools in all field operations. 
  • Diagnose electrical or telecom-related faults and assist in system repairs. 
  • Follow strict safety protocols and collaborate with a multidisciplinary technical team. 
  • Travel regularly to different work locations as assigned. 

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Men aged 23–40 years. 
  • Certified Power Line Technician (Kenya). 
  • Minimum 2 years of handson experience in powerline or telecom line work. 
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems; telecom experience is a strong advantage. 
  • Physically fit, in good health, and comfortable working at heights. 
  • Willing to dedicate 1 hour per day to learning basic Greek through free online courses during the 2–3month relocation preparation period. 
  • Financially ready to cover the immigration/relocation cost. 
  • Valid passport and clean criminal record. 

Special Benefits for this Position

  • 1,000 € net monthly salary (approx. 150,000 KES). 
  • 5day work week, 8 hours per day. 
  • Based in Athens, with travel assignments across Greece (cities, villages, islands, remote areas).
