Strategic management of purchasing categories * Develop and deploy purchasing strategies for non-technical categories (general services, HR, legal, compliance, operations) * Analyze the needs of internal departments and propose solutions adapted and compliant with current policies * Lead the management of agency needs (general services, consumables, operational support, light maintenance, miscellaneous supplies). General Goods and Services Procurement * Manage general services procurement (maintenance, cleaning, security, catering, transport, printing, consumables) * Manage HR-related procurement (recruitment, training, insurance, uniforms, external services, employee well-being)
