We are recruiting a Casual worker for one of our clients who operates in the Telecommunications sector.


The position

Afrik Intérim HR Services is seeking a Casual Contractor for one of its clients in the telecommunications sector. You will be responsible for ensuring the company's activities comply with current regulations, while contributing to the protection of the organization's interests.

Key Deliverables

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify potential legal and regulatory risks.
  • Write detailed reports on the results of investigations and analyses.
  • Collaborating with different departments to ensure compliance of operations.
  • Participate in the implementation of internal policies and procedures that comply with regulations.
  • Assist internal teams in understanding and applying regulations.
  • Conduct internal audits to assess the compliance of processes and practices.
  • Represent the company during external inspections and audits.
  • Working closely with the legal and compliance teams to ensure a consistent approach.

  • Protecting the company's interests by identifying and mitigating legal risks.
  • Contribute to the establishment of a culture of compliance within the organization.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Required education or diploma:
  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 level).
  • Additional training in telecommunications regulations would be an asset.
  • Proven experience of at least 1 to 2 years in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
  • LANGUAGES :
  • Perfect command of French, both spoken and written.
