Key Deliverables

  • Greet and attend to customers promptly.
  • Take, confirm, and process orders using the POS system.
  • Handle cash, card, and transfer payments accurately.
  • Issue receipts, balance cash drawer, and minimize variances.
  • Maintain cleanliness at the counter and customer areas.
  • Resolve or escalate customer complaints politely.
  • Support team members during peak hours.
  • Follow company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Candidates should possess an SSCE/OND qualification.
  • Strong communication, customer focus, and basic math skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in shifts (weekends & holidays).
  • Honest, reliable, and attentive to detail.
