Job Summary

• Responsible for delivering excellent customer service, accurately handling cash and electronic transactions, taking and processing orders, and ensuring a clean, organized front counter and dining area.
• The role supports smooth restaurant operations and enhances customer satisfaction.

• Greet and attend to customers promptly.
• Take, confirm, and process orders using the POS system.
• Handle cash, card, and transfer payments accurately.
• Issue receipts, balance cash drawer, and minimize variances.
• Maintain cleanliness at the counter and customer areas.
• Resolve or escalate customer complaints politely.
• Support team members during peak hours.
• Follow company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards.
