Key Deliverables

  • Generate and convert leads through field outreach, calls, and digital platforms
  • Promote UTU Cars’ EVs and traditional vehicles to targeted customer segments
  • Manage customer inquiries and follow-ups across WhatsApp, social media, and CRM tools
  • Contribute to content creation for brand visibility and customer engagement
  • Support the planning and execution of activations, test drives, and product demos
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer engagement, and feedback
  • Report weekly on leads, conversions, and pipeline movement

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Bachelor’s degree in MarketingSales, or a related field (mandatory)
  • 1+ year experience in a marketing/sales role (automotive industry experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • Digital marketing familiarity (especially WhatsApp Business, Facebook/IG, and TikTok)
  • High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable working in both office and field environments
  • Ability to track leads and report performance clearly and consistently
