- Liaising telephonically/written with customers and retailers
- Solving customer education calls by providing technical product knowledge by performing ‘First-line support’
- Ensuring service targets are met – KPI’s
- Daily Sirius system management and Amazon Telephony system
- Ensuring customer satisfaction rate according to the company standards
- Reporting on all outstanding calls
- Attending and solving of customer queries via Service Manager, internet and from retail stores
