Key Deliverables

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
  • Provide accurate information about visa services, travel packages, and related offerings
  • Convert inquiries into paying clients through effective communication
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients
  • Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Customer Service & Support Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any discipline 0–1 year experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Basic computer proficiency.
