This is a full-time Job for a Business Development Officer at Jora Shoes Co (U) LTD. The BDO will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. This role is located in Rubaga, Kampala, with flexibility for some remote work and routine upcountry client visits

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Prior experience in business development or sales, preferably in the footwear industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration or any other related field
  • At least 1+ years in the sales industry
  • Experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing. Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • The ideal candidates will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle.
  • CRM experience is preferred
