Key Deliverables

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth in the real estate sector.
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand business reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Negotiate and close property sales, leases, and partnership deals.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform business strategies.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, or related fields
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (real estate industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the Lagos real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
