Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Micro Finance Officer/Lender to join our team!
• As a key player in our Finance House, you will facilitate lending transactions, manage customer relationships, and drive business growth.

Lending Transactions:

• Identify and evaluate credit opportunities
• Conduct credit analysis and risk assessment
• Prepare and process loan applications
• Ensure compliance with lending policies and procedures

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote our products

Credit Management:

• Monitor and manage credit portfolio
• Identify and mitigate credit risks
• Ensure timely repayment and minimize defaults

Business Development:

• Identify new business opportunities and markets
• Develop and implement strategies to drive growth
• Collaborate with team members to achieve targets
