Key Deliverables

  • Identify and onboard new clients (startups, SMEs, and corporate organizations)
  • Promote services including business registration, HR management, regulatory compliance, IT solutions, and consulting
  • Provide basic advisory support to clients on business setup and growth strategies
  • Develop and present proposals, business plans, and service packages
  • Guide clients through registration, licensing, and compliance processes
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with internal teams (HR, tech, finance) to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends
  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
  • Maintain proper documentation of client records and transactions

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Retail Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field 2–4 years experience in business development, consulting, or client management Strong understanding of business registration processes and regulatory compliance Knowledge of HR processes, finance basics, or tech solutions is an added advantage Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to advise and build trust with clients Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
