We are looking for a Business Development and Partnerships Associate to help expand our market presence. This role suits a sales professional who builds strong relationships, identifies opportunities, and grows revenue across both existing accounts and new retail channels. You will manage key accounts, drive the route-to-market approach, and ensure our products reach a wide consumer base through our partners.

- Account Management & Growth
Build and manage relationships with existing partners. Act as the main point of contact, ensure strong client satisfaction, and identify opportunities to expand each account.
- Retail Channel Expansion
Use your retail experience to establish and onboard new retail outlets, distributors, and partners. Create and implement plans that increase product visibility and availability on the ground. - Route-to-Market Strategy
Design and execute route-to-market (RTM) approaches that strengthen distribution, improve supply chain efficiency, and increase market reach for Sun King’s solar product portfolio. - Sales Execution & Target Achievement
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing. Consistently meet and exceed clear sales targets and KPIs. - Market Intelligence
Maintain close awareness of field activity. Track market trends, activities in the market, and customer feedback to provide insights that guide product enhancements and sales approaches. - Partnership
Work with marketing, supply chain, technical, and other cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and align sales efforts with company priorities.

• 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment, ideally within the solar energy, consumer electronics, or FMCG sectors.
• Experience in account management, with a consistent record of expanding and maintaining key client relationships.
• Practical retail experience, including working with distributors, overseeing in-store presence, and familiarity with retail operations.
• Strong capability in developing and implementing effective route-to-market (RTM) approaches.
• Clear communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Able to work with minimal direction and contribute effectively within a team.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. |
