Under the supervision of the Head of Delegation and in close collaboration with the Program Coordinator and the Monitoring, Evaluation and Quality Officer, the incumbent contributes to the optimal implementation of Tdh's programs in Burundi, as well as to strengthening its programmatic and strategic positioning, by actively participating in:
- Seeking Institutional Funding: RDFI strategy, monitoring and identification of funding opportunities, preparation and submission of proposals and rigorous monitoring of grants awarded.
- Strengthening the quality and accountability mechanisms implemented within the developed programs.
- Regarding the Foundation's programmatic positioning in Burundi: needs analysis, networking with international and national donors and partners, drafting of positioning notes, etc.
- To the production of regular and qualitative reporting, based on reliable, consistent and relevant data, for the various stakeholders (internal and external).
