Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • College graduate: a paramedical course is preferred but not required.(Preferably Male)
  • Preferably at least 6 months of BPO experience with healthcare.
  • Preferably with AHIMA CCS-P or AAPC CPC Coding certifications (this is a plus but not required) or an equivalent certification.
  • Ability to understand and comprehend medical terminologies.
  • Ability to conduct internet searches and navigate multiple websites.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Flexible to accommodate different shift jobs, including night shifts and must be staying within Kitengela, Athi River, or nearby areas.
