King Fisher Africa Limited, a seafood restaurant, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Business Management /Business Advisory

Oversee the operations of the beach program and staff to ensure quality, efficiency and safety.
Prevent accidents through enforcement of policies, rules, regulations and ordinances governing the conduct of persons at the beach. Enforces order and discipline.
Daily inspections of beach, beach house, park, slides, etc.
Maintains service and sanitation standards in restaurant, bar/lounge and room service areas.
Reviews staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
Creating effective schedules and quickly resolving conflicts to ensure that bar is well-staffed during peak hours.
Planning and taking part in promotional events.

Essential Qualities
HND / BSc or an equivalent Degree. 2 - 3 years’ work experience. Restaurant, beach and lounge management experience is generally preferred. Strong understanding of business management and accounting principles. Excellent computer, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must reside around Satellite, Abule-Ado, Volks and environs.
