Barman / Mixologist at The Carpenter's Lounge - Palace Workers Solutions

Palace Workers Solutions - Our client, The Carpenter's Lounge, a hospitality business, is recruiting to fill the position below:

• Safety & Compliance: Check identification to verify legal drinking age and monitor for over-intoxication to ensure responsible service.
• Bar Maintenance: Clean bar surfaces, wash glasses/utensils, and ensure a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
• Inventory Management: Stock, replenish bar inventory, and report shortages.
• Financial Transactions: Process cash and credit payments using POS systems and manage cash drawers.
• Drink Service: Prepare and serve beverages (cocktails, wine, beer) according to recipes and garnishing standards.
• Customer Interaction: Greet patrons, take orders, offer recommendations, and provide friendly service
• Ability to prepare cocktails and mocktails is an added advantage.
