Key Deliverables

INTERNAL PROCESS       

  • Provide service delivery to operations, finance and other users of the FACS system
  • Implement business entities and all relevant bank accounts to process their cashbook via FACS
  • Monitor successful testing of system changes
  • Define and set-up authority groups and grant final user access
  • Complete documentation for all new processes
  • Maintain effective client relationships to ensure successful service delivery
  • Liaise with specialists to gain their insight into assessing risks
  • Communicate different solutions with required outcomes to relevant stakeholders, effectively
  • Develop effective relationships with stakeholders in the area of responsibility
  • Interact with stakeholders in a competent, efficient and professional manner

CLIENT PROCESS     

  • Provide authoritative, expertise and advice to clients and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders
  • Deliver on service level agreements made with clients and internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that client expectations are managed
  • Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within area of responsibility
  • Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service
