MAIN MISSION

  • Design, develop and test the functionalities of the payment platform within your squad.
  • Contribute to the quality and performance of the code.

Key Deliverables

  • Develop the functionalities according to the technical specifications of the Tech Lead.
  • Write the unit and integration tests for each release.
  • Participate in code reviews and implement the feedback.
  • Contribute to the technical documentation.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies (daily, planning, review, retro).
  • Investigate and correct bugs reported by QA or production.
  • Participate in on-call duties according to the squad schedule.

Professional Qualifications

Information And Communication Technology Services TECHNICAL SKILLS Backend (Java/Kotlin, Go ou Node.js). SQL (PostgreSQL) et NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis). API REST, JSON, protocoles HTTP. Automated tests. Git and branch workflows. Docker and containerized deployment. BEHAVIORAL SKILLS Autonomy and rigor. Technical curiosity. Teamwork. Clear communication regarding the blockages. Continuous learning. TRAINING & EXPERIENCE Computer engineer or equivalent. 3+ years of backend development experience. Knowledge of payment systems is appreciated. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Story points delivered/sprint. Bug rate per feature < 5%. Test coverage > 80%. Accuracy of estimates (±20%). Active participation in code reviews.
