Responsibilities:
Represent Suzuki and Peugeot to clients, prospect for new business, develop and retain a client portfolio to increase sales and strengthen the brand's market presence.

Key Deliverables

  • Business development
    • Identify and prospect for new clients in the assigned sector;
    • Develop and maintain a client portfolio;
    • Analyze customer needs and the competition to propose suitable products or solutions. Analyze the market, the competition, and business opportunities (high-potential areas, calls for tenders, etc.).
  • Sales and negotiation
    • Present the company's products and services to clients;
    • Develop commercial proposals and negotiate sales conditions (price, deadlines, options, guarantees);
    • Follow the sales process through to vehicle delivery.
  • Customer follow-up
    • Maintain a regular business relationship with clients;
    • Provide after-sales support in collaboration with the relevant departments;
    • Contribute to customer loyalty.
  • Internal coordination and reporting
    • Working in collaboration with several departments (workshop, spare parts, marketing, logistics, finance);
    • To monitor prospects, sales and business forecasts;
    • Reporting commercial activity regularly to management.
