Job Description

As project manager, reporting to the ATLAS operations manager, you will oversee the implementation of the solution as a whole, adjust the level of service based on user feedback, ensure coordination between the various stakeholders (humanitarian actors, local teams, authorities), and manage the deployment phase and continuous adjustments.

Key Deliverables

- Plan and coordinate joint convoys for humanitarian partners while respecting priorities and security constraints.

- Supervise warehouse management: allocation of storage spaces, monitoring of partner stocks, periodic inventories and compliance with AL procedures.

- Monitor the vehicle fleet and plan movements, ensure follow-up and shared transport operations

- Update and utilize project monitoring tools (transport planning, OFU, prioritization table, performance indicators).

- Collect and analyze transport data (volumes, delays, partner satisfaction rates) and storage data (occupancy, turnover).

- Ensure proper application of transport and warehouse safety SOPs by the team (driver briefings, radio monitoring, incident reports).

- Coordinate relationships with user partners, ensure follow-up on service requests and accountability (feedback).

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Product & Project Management You hold a higher degree in logistics, transport, or any other relevant field. You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the transport sector; project management experience is highly recommended. You have at least 1 year of experience in team management You are able to work under pressure and in a volatile security environment, you have excellent communication skills and are fluent in French; English is highly desirable.
