Job Description
Enza Zaden Tanzania Ltd is a horticultural company that produces high quality hybrid seeds. The seeds produced are all exported to the mother company based in the Netherlands. After thorough quality checks the seeds are re-exported all over the world under the Enza Zaden logo. To coordinate and supervise pollination and emasculation activities to ensure high seed quality, genetic purity, and production efficiency, while effectively managing teams, crop activities, resources, reporting, and compliance with company protocols.

- Coordinate and supervise pollination and emasculation operations to ensure production targets, seed quality, genetic purity, and established standards are achieved.
- Lead, supervise, coach, and develop pollination teams, ensuring effective workforce allocation, productivity, discipline, and adherence to required work standards.
- Monitor crop performance and pollination activities, identify operational deviations or quality concerns, and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken.
- Maintain accurate production records, data, and reports, ensuring timely reporting, traceability, and effective communication with relevant internal and international stakeholders.
- Coordinate the availability and effective use of labour, materials, and other operational resources required to support uninterrupted pollination and greenhouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health and safety, environmental, quality, and farm protocols, while supporting operational improvements and the effective resolution and escalation of production or infrastructure issues.
