- Prepare architectural drawings and working documents using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, or AutoCAD
- Develop 3D visualisations and renderings for presentations using tools such as Lumion, Vray, or Twinmotion
- Interpret and communicate architectural drawings effectively to artisans and project teams on-site
- Conduct site supervision to ensure alignment between design specifications and project execution
- Take accurate physical site measurements and document site conditions appropriately
- Prepare schedules, specifications, and project-related documentation using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between design drawings and live site conditions
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project delivery
