Announcement Calling for Support from Those in Need of Support Through the Rwanda Dairy Development Project – Phase Two (RDDP-2) of Rab-spiu Funded by IFAD

Kilimo Trust Rwanda in collaboration with the National Agricultural Development Agency

and Livestock (RAB) under the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MINAGRI), through the Rwanda Dairy Value Chain Development Project – Phase II (RDDP-2) supported by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), are inviting dairy farmers, dairy farmers’ cooperatives (MCCs), legally registered cooperatives (L-FFS), and mutual savings and loan associations (VSLAs) operating in the dairy value chain .

• Dam sheets, pumps, and other equipment are used to hold water
  .
• Grinding and chopper machines.

Youth and women are encouraged to participate in this program as they will be given special opportunities.

Eligible applicants for this grant must have a cattle breeding business in the twenty-seven (27) districts where the RDDP-2 project operates, namely:  Nyagatare, Gatsibo,
Kayonza, Ngoma, Kirehe, Rwamagana, Bugesera, Gicumbi, Gakenke, Rulindo, Burera, Musanze,
Nyabihu, Ngororero, Rubavu, Rutsiro, Karongi, Nyamasheke, Rusizi, Nyaruguru, Huye,
Nyamagabe, Gisagara, Nyanza, Ruhango, Muhanga  and  Kamonyi .

Those seeking grant funding are requested to submit their projects through the dedicated website available at  https://r-yes.com/rddp_grant/ from  March 9, 2026  to  March 23
, 2026 .

Submitted projects will be reviewed for their relevance to the objectives of the RDDP2 project, and eligible applicants will be notified of the next phase.
