Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Business Development and  Industry Relations Manager with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. This hybrid role blends technical business development, strategic communications, and industry engagement. You will represent AGAT in analyst and partner conversations, build strategic relationships, and help drive business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities with technology partners, resellers, and investors.

Key Deliverables

  • Leverage AGAT’s Gartner membership to manage analyst relationships and develop differentiated market messaging.
  • Represent AGAT at conferences, analyst briefings, and industry panels, communicating our unique AI-native value proposition.
  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential technology partners, integration allies, and resellers to expand AGAT’s ecosystem.
  • Develop and maintain a strong professional network of analysts, partners, investors, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate technical capabilities into strategic narratives and partnership proposals.
  • Support the sales and executive team by opening doors and creating opportunities through strategic business development initiatives.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in an IT or technical role.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Experience or interest in business development, partner management, or analyst relations is a plus.
