Key Deliverables

Define and implement the sales strategy

Develop and manage the company's sales budget (sales, margins and sales teams)

1- Business Development

  • Prospecting and business development in the area

  • Organization of quarterly inventories in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate sales performance
  • Inform management of any irregularities or anomalies within the company.
  • To perform any other task within their area of ​​expertise as assigned by their superiors.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Business developer wanted, prospecting, sales with ability to manage and organize, currently a team of 4 people to supervise 2 salespeople + 1 support function.Experience: minimum 5 years (in Katanga)English and Swahili preferred.
