- Campaign Management and reporting within the Direct Sales Department
- General Call center Administration.
- Importing of Leads and allocating leads to consultants.
- Checks conducted to identify why a sale has not interfaced to Nimbis system
- Compilation of various daily/weekly/ monthly stats on Excel.
- Compilation of monthly management report.
- Submitting Incentive, Overtime & Commission stats and ensuring that checks are completed for Call Centre Manager.
- All bucs for caring payments and submitting bucs for caring payments to Payroll for tax purposes.
- Track payments per area in Direct Sales
- Promotional and Stationary items – order, control, and distribution.
- Hourly/Daily Productivity reporting – TFS Consultants Dashboards,
- Reporting of conversions per campaigns
- Telephony reporting
- Analysis / insights on the different campaigns / conversions / most successful time period
- Participate in departmental activities
