- Manage general office administration, including filing, record-keeping (both digital and physical), and data management for all salon locations.
- Assist with HR-related administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, tracking leave, and supporting onboarding processes.
- Oversee procurement of salon supplies, retail products, office stationery, and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Manage and coordinate vendor acquisition, processes, relationships and payments.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of salon equipment and facilities.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budget tracking, and reconciling invoices and expenses.
- Manage communication with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Support the Salon Manager and management with special projects, reports, and presentations as required.
- Ensure compliance with administrative policies and procedures.

Special Benefits for this Position
- Salary: N80,000 - N150,000 monthly.
