O'Naturals Beauty is a company specialising in the hair and beauty industry with salon locations around Lagos State.


Reports To: Salon Manager / O'Naturals Management

  • The Admin Officer provides essential administrative and operational support to the O'Naturals management team, ensuring efficient back-office functions that underpin salon operations.
  • This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion.

Key Deliverables

  • Manage general office administration, including filing, record-keeping (both digital and physical), and data management for all salon locations.
  • Assist with HR-related administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, tracking leave, and supporting onboarding processes.
  • Oversee procurement of salon supplies, retail products, office stationery, and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate vendor acquisition, processes, relationships and payments.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of salon equipment and facilities.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, budget tracking, and reconciling invoices and expenses.
  • Manage communication with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Support the Salon Manager and management with special projects, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Ensure compliance with administrative policies and procedures.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with administrative software.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact well with others to achieve mutual benefits.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new concepts, methods, skills, and processes.
  • Ability to take and follow instructions well.
  • Ability to recommend services and sell products to customers to meet their hair needs.
  • Ability to handle challenging and sometimes emotional situations and customers
  • Ability to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) and holidays. Weekday off (Mondays or Tuesdays)
  • Residence around Ogudu/Ojota / Surulere, Lekki or surrounding areas is an added advantage
  • Ready to start work immediately.


Special Benefits for this Position

  • Salary: N80,000 - N150,000 monthly.
  • Other benefits include: HMO, Pension contributions, Weekly lunch money
