Project Documentation & Compliance:
- Prepare, review, and manage administrative documents for project proposals, bids, and tenders.
- Support the renewal and documentation.
Administrative & Office Management:
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure optimal performance.
Facility Management:
- Coordinate maintenance and servicing of company facilities, utilities, and assets.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and functional working environment.
Vendor Management:
- Manage procurement processes for office, IT, and operational supplies.
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to achieve cost efficiency.
Vehicle Maintenance:
- Oversee the management, servicing, and maintenance of company vehicles.
Financial:
- Track expenses related to facilities, procurement, vendors, and fleet operations.
