Key Deliverables

As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll:

  • Manage day-to-day clerical tasks and correspondence
  • Provide executive administrative support
  • Maintain office organisation and scheduling
  • Handle phone communications with professionalism
  • Work closely with the team to keep operations running smoothly

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Administrative or executive assistance skills
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication
  • Proficiency in office software and equipment
  • Prior experience in Real Estate or Hospitality is a plus, but not required
