Silverado Properties is a Lagos based Real Estate company that deals in construction, sales and rentals of properties. We also manage properties and facilities, design and supervise projects.

Job Summary

  • We are looking to hire an Architect Administrative Assistant to combine administrative duties, like scheduling and managing documents, with architectural support tasks, such as drawings, measurements, 2D /3D designs,organizing project files, preparing presentation materials, and coordinating with clients and vendors.
  • The Architect would use their creativity and problem-solving skills to design houses, office buildings and other types of infrastructure. Your job is to take their client’s vision and compare it with budgeting needs and environmental factors.
  • You would also decide what types of materials to use in the structure based on the local environment and structural needs. You may be in charge of obtaining permits and licensure to use certain materials on the building site.

Salary: N200,000 per month.

Key Deliverables

  • Researches, programs, plans, designs, and administers building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems.
  • Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and documents.
  • Plans and programs layout of project(s); coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.
  • Utilizes computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans.
  • Produces construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Working as a Project Manager, may direct, supervise, and preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project.
  • Works in tandem with highly collaborative multi-discipline design teams.
  • Assists in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.
