Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Processing Plant. This role involves performing various administrative tasks to support the Processing Plant.

Key Deliverables

  • Data Collection, Consolidation and Reporting
  • Collect and enter production data hourly to generate morning production reports for the start-up meetings.
  • Compile a daily summary report (of the previous day’s data) for managers.
  • Compile daily unaccountable figures and percentages.
  • Calculate line efficiencies and daily shift yields.
  • Check receiving bay analysis for completion and accuracy.
  • Monitor and report on stock exceptions and holding room stocks.
  • Compile data and reporting on production ‘giveaways’ per department.
  • Update the daily production department report for the weekly and monthly KPI’s.
  • Monitor and report on department performance against target strike rates.
  • Compile daily tertiary yield reports.
  • Compile the PCS report and other applicable data and submit to the finance team and production managers.
  • Update the Processing cube on the intranet before 18:00 on the day shift and before 07:00 on the morning shift.
  • Working knowledge of Bestime
  • Able to assist in scheduling employees for leave with Process Leaders.
  • Able to schedule employees for Annual medical induction.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Administrative and Support Services Matric. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
