We are recruiting an Accountant for one of our clients who operates in the hospitality sector.


The position

1. Main mission

The Accountant is responsible for the company's accounting and financial management. He/she plays a key role in recording, analyzing, and monitoring financial transactions, ensuring compliance and transparency in accounting operations.

Key Deliverables

  • Accounting management
  • Record and classify financial transactions accurately and punctually.
  • Ensure the maintenance of accounting books and the preparation of monthly financial statements.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and accounting reconciliations.
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Manage supplier and customer invoices, including verification, recording and payment.
  • Monitor receivables and payables.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve disputes and billing issues.
  • Compliance and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with current accounting and tax standards.
  • Prepare and submit tax and social security declarations.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during audits.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Bac+3 level diploma in accounting, finance, management or related field.
  • Training in general and analytical accounting is an asset.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in the hotel, restaurant or distribution sector.
  • Experience in accounting management and supplier/receivable accounting.

Technical skills:

  • Mastery of the principles of general and analytical accounting.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting and tax standards.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and propose solutions.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, etc.).
