Key Deliverables

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
  • Support the coordination of property-related payments from tenants.
  • Respond to client inquiries via email and social media platforms.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Work closely with management to handle tasks across departments where needed.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooksMicrosoft Office (especially Excel), and basic computer literacy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in property management or working with tenants is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple roles, and maintain confidentiality.
