- Prepare accurate quotations and invoices in a timely manner.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and manage payment records.
- Record daily transactions and assist in reconciliation
- Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial report
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial and administrative documents.
- Assist in managing office supplies, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination.
- Handle incoming calls and emails related to accounts or office operations.
- Provide general support to the finance and operations team.
- Client Communication:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding quotations and billing.
- Ensure a high level of professionalism in all client interactions.
