Account Payable Officer at Arthotel

Arthotel, a 5 star Hotel, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Payable Officer

Salary; N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.

• Receive, review, and verify invoices and expense reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes before processing.
• Code and enter supplier invoices into the accounting system.
• Prepare payment runs (cheques, transfers, or online payments) according to the payment schedule.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies or payment issues.
• Maintain proper filing of all accounts payable documents for easy retrieval.
• Assist in month-end closing activities by providing accruals and accounts payable schedules.
• Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation.
• Monitor vendor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Maintain and update vendor master data in the accounting system. Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
