Key Deliverables

Leadership and Strategy Support: * Work closely with the Director, ensuring that programs are implemented effectively and aligned with the Foundation's unique "dual engine" model (social transformation and economic development). * Assist the Director in defining the Equity Foundation's strategy in the DRC and in overseeing the design and implementation of programs across seven thematic areas (education, agriculture, business development, energy, environment, social protection, and health). * Contribute to risk management and compliance in all Foundation activities in the DRC. Program and Partnership Management: * Participate in the conceptualization, design, and implementation of new initiatives that inspire and empower communities at scale * Support the Director in identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships with governments, UN agencies, NGOs, and funding partners * Coordinate teams that deliver training and technical mentoring. Team and Operations Management: * Supervise and mentor field teams, ensuring program implementation and adherence to the Foundation's principles * Liaise with Equity Group's five operational regions in the DRC to ensure the coherence of initiatives

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Banking and Investments Hold a Master's degree (BAC+7) in Business Studies, Economics, Business Development, International Development or a related field Demonstrate significant professional experience in high-level project management or in an operational leadership role within a development or non-profit organization; Demonstrate strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, leadership, team mentoring and interpersonal skills;
