BRARUDI, the market leader in the brewing sector in Burundi and a member of the HEINEKEN Group, is seeking to recruit talented sales representatives for the Sales Department, who will be based within the country and who are looking for a career in a world-class working environment.


Under the direct responsibility of a Sales Manager, a junior sales representative ensures the availability on the market of the entire BRARUDI range.

Key Deliverables

  • As defined in the Commercial Strategy, executes the “sell-out” in the Points of Sale (POS) ;  
  • Facilitates the win-win relationship between BRARUDI and its entire customer portfolio (wholesale and retail POS) 
  • Ensures that BRARUDI products are the first choice of consumers at points of sale (POS) ;  
  • Responsible for the availability of the entire range across the entire distribution chain ;  
  • Generates orders at the Point of Sale (POS) level based on opportunities and against objectives ;  
  • Monitor and execute product development programs launched as innovations in the market ;  
  • Together with Trade Marketing, executes the activation plan by channel (visibility, POSM allocation, etc.) ;  
  • Executes promotional plans and other sales activities at POS and distributor locations ;  
  • Inventory and monitor BRARUDI investments in the market in its area ;  
  • Identifies new sales opportunities and prospects new potential customers.

  • Have a BAC+3 diploma at least in Management, Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Management Information Systems, Communication. 
  • Have a type B driving license 
  • Have advanced proficiency in driving a manual transmission vehicle
  • Have a spirit of initiative and good organizational skills ;  
  • Have good interpersonal skills and good listening skills ;
