Monitor the progress and payment of loans in their portfolio (primarily from client advisors and entrepreneurs with outstanding balances over 60 days): • Monitor the quality of their portfolio and the evolution of arrears: • Follow up on repayment commitments from clients in arrears, written off, or in litigation • React and implement the necessary strategies for problematic clients • Prepare daily recovery reports for the department on actions taken and amounts recovered • Keep branch managers informed, through weekly reports, of actions taken • Follow up, as needed, on cases referred to law firms.
