Develop and maintain reporting tools to help the program manage its operational processes and make decisions based on reliable data analysis

Manage the central database by ensuring the maintenance and regular updating of internal databases and guaranteeing their integrity and consistency; • Develop reporting tools by participating in the design, development, and maintenance of effective reporting tools to enable the program to track key performance indicators and make informed decisions; • Participate in data collection from various internal sources, ensuring data quality and relevance; • Apply data cleaning techniques to eliminate errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies in datasets; • Conduct statistical and exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, or areas for improvement in program processes; • Generate periodic reports to share analysis results with management teams and stakeholders. • Design interactive dashboards to facilitate data visualization and provide real-time insights into program performance; • Provide data-driven analysis and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making within the program: • Identify gaps in available data and propose solutions to address these gaps, including recommending additional data collection methods; • Work closely with field teams and operations managers to ensure that reporting and analysis tools meet the program's operational needs; • Assist in the design and implementation of data-driven research to enhance understanding of factors influencing program effectiveness; • Use collected data to suggest adjustments to program implementation practices and processes, thereby contributing to the continuous improvement of its operations.
