Stalwart Tech Solutions is an advanced AI data partner and workforce operations agency. We specialize in multimodal data annotation, AI model alignment (RLHF), and complex prompt engineering.

  • We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Data Annotators to join our team in Gachie, Kiambu County.
  • The role involves reviewing video footage and accurately identifying and labeling specific activities, events, or behaviours according to provided guidelines. The annotated data will contribute to technology used to analyse operations within the dairy farming industry.
  • No previous data annotation experience is required. Successful candidates will receive training, documentation, and guidance on how to perform the work.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are comfortable working with computers, can follow instructions carefully, and are interested in gaining practical experience in data annotation and technology-related work.

Key Deliverables

  • Review assigned video clips and other visual data.
  • Identify and label specified activities, objects, events, or behaviours according to provided instructions.
  • Use a web-based annotation platform to complete assigned tasks.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency.
  • Follow annotation guidelines and project requirements carefully.
  • Complete assigned tasks within the required timelines.
  • Report unclear cases or technical issues to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Participate in training, quality reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling project data.

Essential Qualities

  • Be comfortable and confident using a computer.
  • Have basic computer skills and be able to learn new web-based systems.
  • Have basic written and spoken English sufficient to understand instructions and communicate with the team.
  • Have good attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
  • Be able to follow written instructions and established guidelines.
  • Be reliable, punctual, and willing to work in an office environment.
  • Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Be able to work from our office in Gachie, Kiambu County.

Previous Experience

  • Previous data annotation experience is not required. Full training will be provided.
  • Candidates with previous experience in data entry, data annotation, computer-based work, image/video review, or similar roles are welcome to apply, but this is not a requirement.

Computer / Laptop Requirement

  • Having your own laptop is not compulsory but it is compulsory for successful applicants to have at least basic-level computer use skills.
