- Develop analyses, dashboards, and presentation materials that communicate financial and operational insights to senior leadership.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, evaluate alternatives, and recommend solutions to support business decision-making.
- Drive operational, reporting, and performance improvement initiatives through data analysis and automation.
- Compile and analyze financial information across clients, regions, and business areas to support leadership decisions.
- Lead financial analysis supporting Bain’s global partner compensation process.
- Partner with senior finance leaders to analyze trends, monitor management metrics, and develop recommendations.
- Support Bain’s Partner Assessment System (PAS) by preparing datasets, analyses, and reporting outputs.
- Analyze promotion candidate performance metrics to support globally consistent evaluation processes.
- Build and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and reporting solutions using Excel, Tableau, and Alteryx.
- Research and respond to requests from office leaders, committee members, and finance stakeholders.
- Support the migration of reporting processes from Excel-based solutions and Alteryx workflows into scalable Tableau dashboards.
- Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.

Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, data aggregation, and complex analytical workflows. Hands-on experience developing Tableau dashboards and data visualizations. Experience using Alteryx for data preparation, workflow automation, and process optimization. Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources. Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders. Ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism. |
