This position reports to the Senior Imports Controller

Purpose of the role: This role is responsible for accurate data entry, documentation processing, and administrative support for international freight forwarding operations.

• Process and input shipment data into freight forwarding systems
• Maintain accurate records of shipment status and tracking information
•  Generate reports and documentation for customs clearance
• Liaise with clients regarding shipment status and documentation requirements
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and logistics partners
• Ensure all documentation complies with international trade regulations
• Support month-end reporting and reconciliation processes
