Key Deliverables

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional manner.
  • Process customer orders and provide updates on order status and delivery timelines.
  • Liaise with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Receive, document, and resolve customer complaints and service-related concerns.
  • Support returns processing and customer account reconciliation where required.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow company policies and procedures in all customer service activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes through feedback and reporting.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Customer Service & Support Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1 - 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales operations role. Experience working in a structured or fast-paced environment is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is required. Male preferred (for gender balance). Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
