Key Deliverables

Customer Interaction & Support:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information on catering services, menu options, pricing, and event packages.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely and professional resolution.

Order and Booking Management:

  • Receive and document catering orders and event bookings.
  • Confirm key event details including venue, date, guest count, menu selections, and special requests.
  • Ensure all customer requirements are properly communicated to the kitchen and operations teams.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain positive relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients before and after events to ensure satisfaction.
  • Gather feedback from customers to improve service delivery.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Maintain proper records of client inquiries, bookings, and service requests.
  • Prepare order summaries, confirmations, and assist with invoicing when necessary.
  • Update customer databases and track ongoing service requests.

Internal Coordination:

  • Liaise with kitchen staff, logistics personnel, and event coordinators to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Communicate customer expectations and special requirements to relevant departments.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Customer Service & Support Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. 1–2 years experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality, restaurant, or catering industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
