The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handle inquiries professionally, resolve complaints, and provide support that ensures a positive customer experience. This role is best suited for a corps member who is articulate, tech-savvy, eager to learn, and passionate about customer service.

Key Deliverables

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media channels
  • Attend to customer complaints, requests, and feedback, ensuring timely resolution or escalation where necessary
  • Provide accurate information about the company’s products, services, policies, and processes
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily
  • Support the team in managing customer databases and updating relevant records
  • Escalate unresolved issues or complex complaints to the appropriate department
  • Assist with order follow-up, service updates, and other customer support-related tasks
  • Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all customer interactions
  • Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc/HND in any relevant discipline
  • Must be a serving NYSC corps member
  • Must have at least (10 months remaining) in service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Professional attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Previous internship, volunteer, or customer-facing experience is an added advantage
